Hi, my name is Bodey Yaeger, and I have a passion for business and marketing! I come from a small rural town, Brookfield, Missouri. I have always found an interest in the process of how consumers perceive a product and how companies rise to greatness from nothing. Having the opportunity to understand what goes on behind the scenes has shown me that this is what I want to do with my life. I would love to become a valuable asset for a company looking to make a difference!

About my Character
What motivates me?
I am highly motivated by seeing both personal success and career success in myself and the people around me. I believe our ultimate goal in life should be to strive to become the best possible version of ourselves in every aspect, so I try to incorporate that mentality into my everyday life. Ultimately, I want to be able to look back on my life and see that I've built a great legacy for myself, my family, and my work. I want to be able to make a change in the world whether it be big or small.
What are my interests?
I enjoy spending my free time lifting weights and exercising as I enjoy investing in my body as much as my mind. I also enjoy playing basketball, having a good catch with a football, and a new found hobby that I've grown to really love is bowling. When I travel back to my home town, I enjoy being in the outdoors and witnessing the beauty of nature, as well as spending time with family and friends.
What is the pace at which you work?
I have worked multiple jobs throughout my career and worked at many different paces. I don't really have any personal preference of pace in the work place, as I am a very flexible worker. I aim to complete whatever tasks are thrown my way and complete them at the pace my boss or manager desires. I generally think of myself as one of the hardest workers I know.
How do you handle negative feedback?
I view negative feedback as a challenge to combat. I am not one to shy away from a good challenge. Negative feedback has always fueled me to reevaluate situations and analyze how I can do better and improve upon my let downs or failures. Negative feedback should not be viewed as a bad thing, it should be viewed as a resource to help you improve.
What keeps you awake at night?
The things that seem to always be weighing on my mind are my future and my past. I often lay down at night and reflect upon my day and analyze decisions I've made and assess how I could've done better. At the same time, I also try to envision my future and think of all the steps I need to be making or should be making to achieve both my personal and career goals. My mind never rests, which in my opinion is bitter sweet.
What are your biggest obstacles in life right now?
When it is all said and done, I firmly believe my biggest obstacle in life right now is myself. I am a very optimistic person and I have so many dreams and goals I want to achieve in my lifetime, but I often find myself forgetting to craft the plan to achieve these said goals. I truly believe anybody can do whatever they please in life if they just set their minds to it; however, doubt is the biggest challenge of man, and self-doubt is a challenge in which I struggle with from time to time.
